About these terms
These terms apply when you use viacy.co and when you buy from us. The website is run by Viacy Limited, a private limited company registered in Jersey (company number 160619). Our registered address is Flat 2, Les Quennevais Parade, La Route des Quennevais, St. Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8FX.
Please read these terms before you place an order. By ordering, you agree to them. If you have any questions, contact us at goodtrouble@viacy.co.
If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Where these terms say something that would take away a right the law gives you, that right still applies.
What we sell
We sell clothing and accessories. Product descriptions, photos and prices are on each product page. We take care to describe our products accurately, but small differences in appearance are possible.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include GST. Delivery charges are added at checkout before you pay.
If we have made an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you before dispatching your order, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order or dispatch it.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through SumUp (card payments). Your card or bank details go directly to the payment provider; we do not see or store them.
Delivery and collection
We deliver within Jersey and to most other countries. The delivery options and charges for your address are shown at checkout.
If you order from outside Jersey, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges when it arrives. These are your responsibility.
Delivery times are estimates. We will tell you if there is a delay.
Returns and refunds
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the price you paid. Please contact us first at goodtrouble@viacy.co.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you pay the cost of returning it, and we do not refund the original delivery charge. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Please return items to us at Viacy Limited, Flat 2, Les Quennevais Parade, La Route des Quennevais, St. Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8FX.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the payment method you used.
Sizes and colours
We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes can vary a little between styles. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.
Faulty items and your legal rights
If something you bought from us is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as you notice. We will repair or replace it, or refund you, as the law requires. This is in addition to any returns policy above.
Using our website
Please use our website lawfully. Do not try to interfere with how it works, gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, or use automated tools to copy its content.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free from errors.
Our content
The text, photos, designs and logos on this website belong to Viacy Limited or the people who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Where we link to other websites, we do so for your information only. We are not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.
If you buy for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
Your personal information
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Jersey. If you live in another country, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.
